cribed as follows: South half of Lot Four (4) and the
South half of Lot Five (5) Section Nineteen (19) Township
eight (8) south of Range Twenty Two (22) and Lot No
one (1) Sec Thirty (30) Township Eight South of Range
Twenty Two (22) east Con one hundred & forty acres
more or less. Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof. And also all the estate right title in-
terest in and to the above described property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the Same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances: To Have and to hold the above granted and
described premises unto the Said party of the Second
part her heirs and assigns to her own proper use benefit
and behoof forever. Provided always and these presents
are on this express Condition that if the said party of the
first part their heirs executors or administrators shall
well and truly pay unto the said party of the second part
her heirs executors administrators or assigns the said Sum
of money with interest as Stipulated in the note for three
Hundred Dollars according to the true intent and meaning
thereof together with all Costs Charges and expenses including
reasonable attorneys fees and Commissions which the said
party of the second part may incur or be put to in Collecting
the Same by foreclosure or otherwise and shall pay all
taxes and assessments levied or assessed on said
Mortgaged premises and shall comply with all the Covenants
contained in this Mortgage and pay all the moneys Secured
thereby that then these presents and this estate hereby
granted shall Cease determine and be absolutely null
and void. And the said parties of the first part for them-
selves and their heirs executors and administrators do
hereby promise Covenant and agree to pay to the said party
of the Second part her executors administrators or assigns
the said Sum of money and interest as mentioned in Said
promisory note of even date and secured to be paid
as aforesaid. And if default shall be made in the
payment of the said Sum of money or any part thereof as
provided in the Said promisory note or if the interest that
may become due thereon or any part thereof shall be due
and unpaid for the space of one year thence and forever thence-
forth it shall be optional with the said party of the
second part her executors administrators or assigns to
