said party of the first part hereby further Covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the
second part to pay all taxes and assessments that may
be levied or imposed upon the said premises during the
continuance hereof and to pay all Costs Charges and
expenses in Collecting the moneys hereby secured inclu-
ding reasonable Attorneys fees and Commissions whether
Collected by foreclosure or otherwise and any and all
sums of money paid out by the said party of the sec-
ond part by reason of the default of the parties of the
first part to pay the money so Stipulated or to Comply
in any respect with the Covenants of this Mortgage
shall draw interest at the Same rate as the principal
of the promisory note for $30000 Dollars aforesaid and
said moneys necessarily paid by the party of the second
part shall be Secured by this mortgage
And the said parties of the first part hereby waive
all right of homestead and exemptions granted by the
Constitution and laws of the State of Florida

hereby Certify unto all whom it may Concern that Mary
A. Kennard to me well known as the wife of James
J. Kennard and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed did this
day to me on a separate and private examination before
me taken and made separately and apart from her
said husband acknowledge and declare that she
made herself a party to and executed the Same for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower or right of
Dower in and to the lands in said Conveyance described
and granted and that being examined by me separately
& apart from her said husband acknowledged that
she conveyed signed & Sealed the foregoing deed of
Mortgage freely and voluntarily and without any Constraint
apprehension fear or Compulsion of or from her said
husband the said James J. Kennard
Witness my hand and Seal at Gainesville Fla this
4th day of April AD one thousand eight hundred
