me J.C. Gardner County Judge in & for said County James J.
& Mary A. Kennard to me well known as the persons des-
cribed in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed
and acknowledged that they executed the Same for the
purpose therein expressed. Whereupon it is prayed that
the same may be recorded. In Witness Whereof I have
hereunto affixed my hand and seal this April 4th

W.L. Finger To R.J. Camp & Bro

Alachua County   } Whereas W.L. Finger and his wife
Sue F. Finger justly indebted to the firm of R.J. Camp &
Bro in the Sum of Fifteen hundred dollars which said Sum
is Covenanted to be paid by our Certain promissory note bearing
an even date herewith one for the Sum of Fifteen Hundred
dollars payable twelve months after date. And whereas
we being desirous of fully and better Securing the payment
of said note and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents that we
W.L. Finger and Sue F. Finger for and in Consideration
of the premises and the Sum of one dollar to us in
hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the
Said R.J. Camp & Bro - their heirs and assigns all the
following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
The remainder of Lot (1) in Fractional Section Six (6) Town-
ship (9) Range 21 Containing 35 acres more or less all of
Lot (4) in fractional Section 6 Township 9 Range 21. Con
taining 40 acres more or less The remainder of Lot 5
fractional section 6 Township 9 Range 21 Containing
25 acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold
the Same unto the Said R.J. Camp & Bro in fee Simple
absolute forever. Provided however and these presents are
upon this express Condition that if the said W.L.
Finger and Sue F. Finger their heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of Money

satisfaction final discharge and cancellation of
this mortgage this 12th day of December AD 1883
