Covenanted to be paid by said note together with the
interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
thereof then this obligation shall become null and
void else to remain in full force and virtue. And it
is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
W.L. Finger and Sue F. Finger will pay all expenses
costs and attorneys fees which the said R.J. Camp
& Bro may be put to in Collecting the aforesaid Sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said note by fore-
closure or otherwise.

Alachua County   } I hereby Certify that on the 20 day
of March AD 1883 before me personally appeared Mrs
Sue F. Finger wife of W.L. Finger the grantor in the forego-
ing Conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said Con-
veyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the land in
said Conveyance described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her
voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband
