                             Know all men that I
do hereby cancel and release a certain mortgage given by
Henry G. Richey to Wm F. Winecoff and Sarah F. Winecoff
upon the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Sec-
-tion Twenty Nine, Township Eleven South of Range
Eighteen East. Said Mortgage and note of even date
being fully paid by the said Henry C. Richey on the sixth
day of April AD 1883.

Alachua County   } Whereas Samuel D. Smoke and
G. Elizabeth Smoke his wife are justly indebted to H.
F. Dutton in the sum of Three hundred Dollars which
said money is covenanted to be paid by a certain Promissory
note bearing even date herewith for the sum of Three hun-
dred Dollars. And whereas, we are desirous of fully and
better securing the payment of said note and the sum
of money mentioned therein Therefore, Know all men
by these presents, that Samuel D. Smoke and G. Elizabeth
Smoke his wife for and in consideration of the premises and
of the sum of one Dollar in hand paid have granted bar
gained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said H.F. Dutton and Co
his heirs and assigns, all the following described peice par
cel or tract of land, towit: All of the E1/2 of NE1/4 Sec
