Black Creek Road, containing Seventy Acres more or
less, and West 1/4, NW1/4 Section Seven (7) Township
Eight (8) Range Nineteen (19) containing Eighty (80)
acres more or less, together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong-
-ing To have and to hold the same unto the said H.F.
Dutton his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
absolute. Provided however, and these presents are upon
this express consideration that if the said Samuel
D. Smoke and Elizabeth Smoke his wife, and their
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay, or cause to
be paid, the sum of money covenanted to be paid by
said note, together with the interest to accrue according
to the legal tenor thereof, then this obligation shall be
come null and void, else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and stipu-
lated that the said Samuel D. Smoke and G. Eliza-
beth Smoke, his wife, will pay all expenses costs and
attorneys fees which the said H.F. Dutton and Co
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note, by
foreclosure or otherwise.

teenth day of March AD 1883.

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this Fifteenth
day of March AD 1885 before me personally appeared
Mrs G. Elizabeth Smoke wife of Samuel D. Smoke
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her husband, says and acknowledges that she did
sign the said conveyance for the purposes of releasing and
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of dower in
and to the land in said conveyance described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower was done and
made by her voluntarily and without any compulsion, con
straint apprehension or fear, of or from, her said husband
