said J.B. Brown his executors, administrators or
assigns the sum of Eighty one Dollars with inter
est at Ten per cent per annum Due First day of
October 1883 and evidenced by a promissory note
bearing even date with these presents then these pres
ents shall be void.
And the said Wesley Blake hereby
further covenants promises and agrees with the said
J.B. Brown to pay all costs, charges and expenses,
in collecting the moneys hereby secured, including
attorneys fees, whether collected by foreclosure or
otherwise and any and all sums of money paid out
by the said J.B. Brown by the reason of default of the
said Wesley Blake to pay the money so stipulated, or to
comply in any respect with the covenants of said mort-
gage, shall draw interest at the rate as the above de
scribed moneys necessarily paid by J.B. Brown, shall
be secured by this mortgage. In witness whereof the said
Wesley Blake has hereunto set his hand and seal this
14th Day of April, 1883. his
