County of Alachua } whom it may concern that M.M. Simmons
as the wife of Cicero A. Simmons to me well known as one
of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing Mort
gage Deed, did, this day to me on a separate and private exam
ination before me taken and made, separately and apart from
her said husband, acknowledge and declare that she made herself a
party to and executed the same for the purpose of Renouncing and
releasing all her Dower and right of Dower, in and to the lands
in said conveyance described and granted, and that She made this
renunciation and relinquishment freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint, apprehension, fear or compulsion of or from
her said husband, the said Cicero A. Simmons.
