Alchua County } Whereas, Elizabeth A.
Doud and John R. Doud, are justly indebted
to Raulerson And Ambrose in the sum of
One hundred and forty five Dollars, which sum
of money is covenanted to be paid by one certain prom
issory note bearing even date herewith for the sum of
One hundred and forty five Dollars, Due four
months from the date thereof with ten per cent
interest. And whereas they are desirous of fully and
better securing the payment of said note and the sum of
money mentioned therein. Therefore know all men
by these presents that We, Elizabeth A. Doud and
John R. Doud husband and wife for and in consid
eration of the premises and the sum of one
Dollar to us in hand paid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Raulerson and
Ambrose, their heirs and assigns all the following
described peice parcel or tract of land towit:
