NE of the southwest corner of the NW quarter of
the NW-qr of Sect 24 Town 8 South Range 21 East
Running Thinse North parallel with the Section line
One hundred and fifty feet Thence East Two Hundred feet
Thence South One hundred and fifty feet Thence West
parallel with East and west lines Two hundred feet to place
of beginning. Containing near Seven tenths of an acre
more or less, Being in SW Corner and a part of the NW qr
NW qr Sect 24 Town Eight South R 21 East.
      Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
To have and to hold the same unto the said Raulerson
And Ambrose in fee simple absolute forever
Provided however, and these presents are upon this
express consideration that if the said Elizabeth A. Doud
and John R. Doud their heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof, then
this obligation shall become null and void, else to remain
in full force and virtue
                        And it is hereby further stipula-
ted and agreed that the said Elizabeth A. Doud and
John R. Doud, will pay all expenses, costs and attor
neys fees which the said Raulerson and Ambrose
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the afore
said money covenanted to be paid by said note by
foreclosure or otherwise
                  In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 21st Day of April

Alachua County   } 21st Day of April AD 1883
before me personally appeared Mrs Elizabeth A. Doud
wife of John R. Doud the grantor in the foregoing
conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign
the said conveyance for the purposes of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to
the land in said conveyance described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her voluntarily and without any
