Alachua County   } Whereas a certain Mortgage deed
executed and delivered by James B. Dawkins and his
wife Carrie T. Dawkins to Calvin Gillis dated the 20th
day of February AD 1880 and which is recorded at
pages 288, 289 and 290 of Mortgage Book"E" of the
public records of Alachua County Florida together
also with the note for $50000 Secured thereby has been
regularly and duly assigned to me the undersigned
John M. Taylor and is now owned by me. Therefore,
know all men by these presents that I the said
John M. Taylor the said assignee of the said mort-
gage for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five
Dollars to me Cash in hand paid by Henry F.
Dutton of Gainesville Florida the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have released and dis-
charged and quit claimed and by these presents
do release discharge and quit claim from under
the lien of the said mortgage above described all
of that certain Lot tract, piece or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the Town of Gaines-
ville in Alachua County State of Florida partic
