conveyance for the uses and purposes therein contained and
expressed

           R.C. Davis. To G.D. Younglove
                 "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }   Whereas R.C. Davis
is justly indebted to G.D. Younglove in the sum
of One Hundred and Forty Nine 50/100 Dollars which sum
of money is covenanted to be paid by a certain promissory
note bearing even date herewith one for the sum of One
Hundred and Forty Nine 50/100 Dollars. And Whereas the
the said R.C. Davis is desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said note and the sum of
money mentioned therein. Therefore know all men
by these presents that I, R.C. Davis for and in
consideration of the premises and the sum of One
dollar to me in hand paid, have granted, bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said G.D. Younglove his heirs
and assigns all the following described personal property
to wit One black Mare about Nine years old named
"Gralee D" and one Grey mare about 11 years old
named "Kate" and one buggy and harness complete
To have and to hold the same unto the said G.D.
Younglove, forever, Provided however, and these pres
ents are upon this express consideration that if the
said R.C. Davis his heirs or assigns shall well
and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note together with the
interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
thereof then this obligation to become null and void
otherwise to remain of full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
