that the said R.C. Davis will pay all expenses costs
and attorneys fees which the said G.D. Younglove
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid

Alachua County } Whereas I G.D.
Younglove am justly indebted unto J.H. Roper
of the town of Gainesville in said State and County
in the aggregate sum of Three Thousand ($3000.00)
Dollars by my three (3) promissory notes for the
sum of One thousand Dollars each. Each of said
notes bearing dates the 2nd Day of April AD 1883
the first thereof being payable One (1) year after
date, the second thereof being payable Two (2) years
after date and the third thereof being payable three (3)
years after date. Each of said notes bearing interest
from date payable annually at the rate of Eight
(.08) per cent per annum and all of said notes
being payable to J.H. Roper or bearer. And the
said notes given by me for the purchase money
