payment of said promissory notes= Therefore the
premises considered, Know all men by these presents
that I the said G.D. Younglove for and in Consider
ation of the premises and of the said sum of
money so owing by me as aforesaid have granted,
bargained, sold, conveyed, and mortgaged and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and mortgage
unto him the said J.H. Roper all that certain Block
tract peice or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County In
the State of Florida and more particularly described
according to the original plan and maps and survey of
the said Town of Gainesville as being Block Five (5)
of Range One (1) the same being Two hundred (200)
                                            tenements
feet square. Together with all and singular the^here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise pertaining                       him
         To have and to hold the same unto^the
said James H. Roper, and to his heirs Executors,
administrators and assigns forever.
          Provided nevertheless, and these presents
are executed and delivered upon this expressed condition
viz, That if I the said G.D. Younglove shall and do
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the full
amt of each and every of the said Three (3) promissory
notes for the sum of One Thousand Dollars Each
                         they &
at the times and dates when^each of them falls due
together with all interest thereon to accrue according
to the tenor of each and every of said three prom-
issory notes, then this obligation to become wholly
null and void. Else to be and remain in full
force and virtue.
                In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed hereto my seal on this
