the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest dower & right
of dower property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said parties of the first part or in and to the
same and in every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have
and to hold the above granted and described premises unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns her own proper use
benefit and behoof forever Provided always and these presents are on
this express condition that if the said parties of the first part their
heirs executors or administrators Shall well and truly pay unto the said
party of the second part her heirs executors administrators or assigns the
said sum of money mentioned in the note for four hundred dollars
of even date herewith with interest according to the true intent and
meaning thereof together with all costs charges and expenses including
reasonable attorneys fees and commissions which the said party of the
second part may incur or be put to in collecting the same by foreclosure
or otherwise and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied or assessed
on said mortgaged premises and shall comply with all the covenants
contained in this Mortgage and pay all the moneys secured thereby
that then these presents and the estate hereby granted shall cease
determine and be absolutely null and void and the said parties
of the first part for themselves and their heirs executors and admin=
istrators do hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said party of
the second part her executors administrators or assigns the said
sum of money and interest as mentioned in said note for Four
($400} hundred dollars and secured to be paid as aforesaid and if
default shall be made in the payment of the said Sum of money
or any part thereof as provided in said note or if the interest
that may become due thereon or any part thereof shall be due and
unpaid for the Space of one year then and from thenceforth it
shall be optional with the said party of the second part her
executors administrators or assigns to consider the whole of said
principal sum expressed in said note for $400 as due and
payable, and the said parties of the first part hereby further
covenant promise and agree to and with the said party of the
second part to pay all taxes and assessments that may be
levied or imposed upon the said premises during the continuance
hereof and to pay all costs charges and expenses in collecting the
money hereby secured included reasonable attorneys fees and
commissions whether collected by foreclosure or otherwise and
any and all sums of money paid out by the said party of the second
part by reason of the default of the parties of the first part
to pay the money so stipulated or to comply in any respect with
the covenants of this mortgage shall draw interest at the same
rate as the Principal of Four Hundred Dollars in the note aforesaid
and said moneys necessarily paid by the party of the second part shall
be secured by this Mortgage. And the said parties of the first part
hereby waive all right of homestead and exemptions granted by the

tion of the within Mortgage this 14th day of May 1884 - Cornelia Jones -
State of Florida } Before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally came
Alachua County   } Miss Cornelia Jones who says upon oath that the within Mortgage with interest is
paid in full and she prays the same cancelled on the public Records  Cornelia Jones -
