hereby certify unto all whom it may concern that Mrs Virginia Forrest
to me well known as the wife of T.J. Forrest and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed did this day to
me on a separate and private examination before me taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband acknowledge and declare that
she made herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose of
securing the payment of the note for four Hundred Dollars and conveying her
title in and to the lands in said conveyance described and that she
executed the same freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension fear or compulsion of or from her said husband the said
T.J. Forrest. Witness my hand and seal at Waldo this Tenth day of April

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into on this
19th day of April AD 1883 Witnesseth that J.B. Erisman in consideration
of the sum of thirty dollars already advanced by and now due to the
firm of F.H. Butler & Co of Levyville Levy County Fla by me the said
J.B. Erisman by my note the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
for the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said firm of F.H.
Butler and Co and to their heirs and assigns all the right title
interest and claim of Myme the said J.B. Erisman my heirs
Executors and administrators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever
