Sums of money which may be advanced or loaned to me in future after
the date of this instrument by the said Joseph W. Coburn it being
hereafter thoroughly understood and agreed that all sums of
money which may be advanced to me in future after the date hereof
by Said J.W. Coburn are to be advanced under and upon the
faith of the lien of this instrument as security therefor together
with all interest to accrue upon such further advancements to
be reckoned at the rate of Ten (10) per cent per annum from the date or
dates when said future advancements may be made to me and if I shall
as I hereby agree to do pay all reasonable attorneys fees costs and
charges for the foreclosure of this instrument in the event a foreclosure
thereof should become necessary then this instrument to become
wholly null and void otherwise to be and remain in full force and

and renouncing all of her right and claim to Dower in and to the land
in said Mortgage described Subject to the terms and conditions of
said mortgage and that such relinquishment and renunciation
of Dower was done and made and executed by her freely and

or fear of or from her said husband
