Albert Dickison and Wm Jones To Sue A. Bauknight
Mortgage
This Indenture made and entered into this 21st day of April 1883
between Albert Dickison and William Jones and Sue A. Bauknight witnesses
that the said Dickison & Jones for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred and ten Dollars to them paid the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained and sold & by these presents
do grant bargain & Sell & convey to the said Bauknight all the crops
corn cotton &c which we may Grow on the W1/2 of Sec 28 T11 R19 E
known as the Hardy Howard plantation the year 1883 to have and to
hold to the said Bauknight her heirs & assigns together with all
our right & title & interest Whatsoever in the same the condition of
this instrument of writing is that if we the said Dickison & Jones
shall pay to the said Bauknight two certain Promissory notes dated
April 21st 1883 one for $66.20 payable on the 1st of October 1883 & one for
the sum of 4380 and payable on the 1st day of October 1883 and all
claims for any advances the said Bauknight may see fit to make
to the said Dickison & Jones according to the tenor and effect thereof
then this instrument to be void otherwise to remain in full force
and virtue witness our hands and seals this day and year above

Alachua County } Bauknight who after being duly sworn deposes and
