Amelia and Frank Stewart To G.D. Younglove & Son

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that whereas
Amelia Stewart and Frank Stewart of the above State and County is
indebted to G.D. Younglove and Son of the same State and County in
the sum of Ninety Six 65/100 dollars which the said sum is covenanted
to be paid by one certain promissory note bearing date April 30th 1883
and for the said sum of Ninety Six 65/100 dollars bearing interest at the
rate of one per cent per month until paid. Now therefore to better secure the
payment of said note and interest as expressed therein we do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son
their heirs and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and to
the following described property to wit One Sorrell Horse six years old
named "Morgan" one Collins wagon all being purchased of G.D. Younglove
& Son To Have and to Hold all and singular the personal property
above bargained and sold unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that
if the said Amelia Stewart & Frank Stewart should well and truly
pay or cause to be paid unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son the full
amount of said note together with the interest according to its
tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Amelia Stewart and Frank Stewart will pay therefor all attorney's fees and
expenses. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our Seals this 30th day of April 1883

Stewart sign seal and deliver the foregoing instrument of
writing for the uses and purposes as therein contained and
expressed
