Joseph W. Barry and Wife To F.E. Cellon

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Joseph W. Barry
Alachua County } and Sarah C. Barry of the aforesaid State and
County for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and
fifty dollars to us in hand paid by F.E. Cellon of the same place the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge do hereby give grant sell
sell and convey unto the said F.E. Cellon his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain parcel or tract of Land being situate in Alachua
County and described by the United States survey as the North
half of the North East quarter and the South east quarter of the
North East Quarter and all of lot one as lay North of the old Black
Creek Road in Section five Township Eight South of Range Nineteen
East Containing One Hundred and Fifty acres more or less To have
and to hold the same to the said F.E. Cellon his heirs and
assigns to his and their use and behoof forever and we the said
Joseph W. Barry and Sarah C. Barry for ourselves our heirs
executors and administrators do covenant with the said F.E.
Cellon his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the above granted premises: that they are free from
all encumbrances that we have good right to sell and convey the
same to the said F.E. Cellon as aforesaid and that we will and
our heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend
the same to the said F.E. Cellon his heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons. Provided
nevertheless that if we the said Joseph W. Barry and Sarah C.
Barry our heirs executors or administrators shall pay or cause
to be paid our several promissory Notes bearing even date herewith
according to the tenor of said Notes as follows One for Fifty dollars
due Novr 1st 1883 One for One hundred dollars due Nov 1st 1884
One for One hundred dollars due Novr 1st 1885 One for one hundred
dollars due Novr 1st 1886 one for one hundred dollars due Novr 1st
1887. Then this deed of conveyance to be void else to remain in
full force and virtue. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and seals this day of January AD 1883

1883 before me personally came Sarah C. Barry wife of Joseph W. Barry the
grantor in the foregoing deed of conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
and acknowledged before me that she did sign the said deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing and
renouncing all her dower and right of dower in and to the land in
said deed described and that said relinquishment and renunciation
of dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
