      Ellick Robinson and Wife to H. Warner
                     "Mortgage"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that whereas Ellick
Alachua County   } Robinson and Isabella Robinson of the above State and
County is indebted to H. Warner of the same State and County in the sum
of One Hundred and Fifty dollars which the said sum is covenanted to
be paid by their certain promissory note bearing date herewith and for
the said sum of One Hundred and Fifty dollars bearing interest at
the rate of one pr ct pr month Now therefore to better secure the
payment of said note and interest as expressed therein we do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said H. Warner his heirs
and assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and to all
crops of whatsoever Species kind or description now growing or which may
hereafter be planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua Florida. Also the following
described property to wit: 3 Milk cows 2 red and 1 pided with calves
also 2 heifers and 1 Steer 1 heifer pided one frosted color one Steer Black
2 years old the cattle are Branded J.F. marked upper bit and under
slope in one ear Smooth crop and two Splits in the other ear one Gray
horse about 13 years old name Bill also all crops land and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said H. Warner
his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever Provided neverthe=
less that if the said Ellick Robinson & Isabella Robinson should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said H. Warner the full amount
of said note together with the interest according to its tenor and
effect then this instrument to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
