and recorded at pages 288-289 and 290 of Mortgage Book
"E" of the public records of Alachua County, Florida
has been regularly and duly assigned to me the
undersigned John M. Taylor of the aforesaid State and
County and is now at this date owned, possessed and
Controlled by me -- Therefore know all men by these
presents that I the said John M. Taylor for and in
Consideration of the sum of Five dollars to me
in hand paid by Isabel F. McKinstry of said
State County the receipt whereof I do hereby ac-
knowledge have released quit Claimed relinquish-
ed and discharged: and by these presents do
release and quit claim relinquish and forever dis-
charge from under the lien of the Mortgage afore-
said all of that certain Lot or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the Town of Gaines-
ville in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida which has heretofore been Conveyed to
her the said Isabel F. McKinstry by the said
James B. Dawkins and Carrie T. Dawkins
his wife by two separate deeds of Conveyance
and which said lot or parcel of land is partic-
ularly described as follows to wit: Commencing at
the North East Corner of the lot in said Town of
Gainesville Florida which was heretofore Conveyed
by James B. Dawkins and wife to C.W. Wough and
by said Wough conveyed to Dr R.C. McCall or to his
wife Mrs Nettie W. McCall, thence North One hundred
and forty (140) feet along the street that was for-
merly the western boundary line of the original
Town of Gaineville, thence West Three hundred and
Eighty (380) feet more or less to the line of the public
Street which runs North and South between the
lots of Mrs Patterson and the said James B. Daw-
kins lot thence South along said public Street one
hundred and forty (140) feet to the North West Corner
of the lot now owned by L.W. Jackson thence East
along the Northern boundary lines of said Jacksons
and Crawfords and Mrs Wallaces and said Mrs R.C.
McCalls lots respectively Three hundred and Eighty
(380) feet more or less to the place of beginning the said
lot of land above described being hereby fully Com-
pletely, entirely and forever relieved and acquitted
and discharged of and from any and all lien or
liabilty for or on account of or by reason of the
said mortgage made as aforesaid by the said James
B. Dawkins and wife to the said Calvin Gillis
