South East quarter of section thirty two (32) Township ten
(10) Range Eighteen in all Eighty five acres more or
less aggregating one hundred and twenty five acres more or less also
the following personal property to wit Stock and cattle thirteen head
more or less marked under and upper bit in each ear branded PS four
on
head of horses and five colts crop of cotton^thirty acres and forty
forty five acres of corn. To have and to hold the above described
property unto the said Taylor and Sanchez and to their heirs and
assigns forever upon this expressed condition that if the said Peter
Span shall well and truly pay or cause^to be paid^the within
described promissory note at its maturity and shall well and truly
pay all attorneys fees and costs of Court that may be incurred in the
event of a foreclosure of this Mortgage which the said party of the
first part hereby agrees to pay then this obligation to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. In witness the party
