sold and by these presents do sell unto the party of the 2nd Part
a certain  steam saw Mill with tools carts machinery attached or
belonging thereto Mill situated 4 miles West of Micanopy in Alachua
County the same being free from any legal incumbrances Mortgages &C
and I have a wright to sell the same The condition of the above
obligation is such that the party of the first part has this day
executed and delivered to the party of the 2d part his note for the sum
of one thousand dollars dated with these presents and due as follows
1st Note for (200$) Two hundred Dollars due on 1st June next 2d Note
100$ on 1st July 3rd Note 100$ on 1st Aug next 4th Note on Sept next
5th Note for 500$ on 1st January next now Should the party of the 1st part
pay the notes then this obligation Null and void otherwise remain
in full force and virtue it is further agreed that the failure
to pay said note then the party of 1st part pay all legal
expenses costs and charges fees for the cancellation of same in
witnesses of the same I the party of 1st part have signed sealed and
delivered these presents

             "Release of Mortgage"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Mrs
Alachua County   } Mary J. Shaw of said State and County in
consideration of the sum of six Hundred Dollars to me in hand
paid by Jennie E. Pelton the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
in part payment of a certain mortgage executed by Jennie E.
Pelton and Charles E. Pelton on the first day of April AD 1881 which
said Mortgage was recorded July 6th 1882 in Mortgage Book "F"
pages 136-7 of the records of Alachua County Florida I the said
Mary J. Shaw do hereby and herein remise release and relinquish
unto Jennie E. Pelton all of the estate right title claim interest
and demand which I have in and to a certain tract described
and known as the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter
