   Lydia J. Rixford to Miss Pella M. Robbins
                "Transfer of Mortgage"
Know all men by these presents that we Lydia J. Rixford
and George C. Rixford Parties of the first part in consideration of the
sum of Two hundred and seventy Five Dollars ($275) lawful money of the
of the United State of America to them in hand paid by Miss Pella
M. Robbins of Plymouth Mass the party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold assigned transferred and
set over and by these presents do grant bargain sell assign transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part her heirs executors
administrators and assigns Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars
($275) Interest in a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the
first day of March in the year one Thousand Eight Hundred and
Eighty Three made by Robert W. Campbell and Fannie W. Campbell
Husband and Wife and all their right title and interest to the
premises therein described as follows to wit Lots Nos 3,7 & 8 Block
VIII (8) Eight of the Town of Waldo Alachua Co Florida. The
Interest of the said Miss Pella M. Robbins in the Mortgage being
secured by a note of Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars 
signed by Lydia J. Rixford and Geo C. Rixford bearing date the 1st
day of March 1883 which said Mortgage is recorded in the Clerks office
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida in Book F at Pages 499,500
501 & 502 and Recorded April 18th 1883 Together with an interest
to the amount of Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars in the
note therein described and the money due or grow due thereon
with interest to Have and to Hold up the same unto the said
party of the second part her heirs executors administrators or assigns
forever subject only to the provisions contained in said Mortgage And
we do hereby make constitute and appoint the said party of the
second part our true and lawful attorney irrevocably in our name
or otherwise but at her own proper costs and charges to have use and
take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money
and interes and in case of payment to discharge the same as fully
as we might or could do if these presents were not made. In Witness Whereof
