               "Release"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that whereas
Alachua County   } Isaac Davis did on the 26th day of January AD
1878 make execute and deliver unto Matheson and Company a
mortgage deed to the following described lot tract piece or parcel
of land to wit: Commencing at the South East corner lot
number Twenty three (23) Brush's addition to the town of Gaines
ville and running thence North one hundred and thirty three feet
thence West Three hundred and thirty feet thence South one
hundred and thirty three feet thence East Three hundred and
thirty feet to the point of beginning. And Wheres the said Isaac Davis
has this day paid toward the satisfaction and discharge of the said Mortgage
