      D.G. Ambler To James G. Averell
             "Transfer of Mortgage"
   I Daniel G. Ambler in Consideration of the sum of
   Thirty five hundred and Eighty one 78/100 Dollars to me
   in hand paid by Jas G. Averell Osdenburgh in
   the County of St Lawrence and State of New York
   the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
   assign transfer Convey and set over unto the said
   James G. Averell the within indenture of Mort-
   gage and the Notes accompanying the Same
   hereunto attached and all my right title and in-
   terest in and to the Same and do authorize the said
   James G. Averell in my name or otherwise to Collect
   and obtain payment of the same and I Cov-
   enant that there is now owing for principal upon
   the said notes and Mortgage the sum of $350000 Thirty
   five hundred Dollars and interest from December
   14th 1881 one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
   one and that I am the owner thereof and have
   good right and title to sell. In witness whereof I
