the sum of one hundred and Twenty four dollars. Now therefore
know ye that for and in consideration of the said sum of One
Hundred and Twenty five dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the lien of the said Mortgage is hereby released and discharged
as to the following described portion of the said lot to wit: Beginning
at a point on the Eastern boundary line of said lot No 23 which point
is located sixty feet North of the South East corner of said
lot and running thence North sixty six feet, thence West Three
hundred & thirty (330) feet thence south Sixty six (66) feet thence East
three hundred and thirty (330) feet to the point of beginning the same
being the North half of that portion of said lot No 23 which was conveyed
to said Isaac Davis by deed of Charles W. Brush Execr*J.C. dated the 11th day

Alachua County } Whereas Henry Bell and Matilda Bell his wife Justly
indebted to Jas W. Williams in the sum of one hundred and thirty
eight dollars which said sum of money is covenanted to be paid by one
certain promissory note bearing even date herewith one for the sum of one
hundred and thirty eight dollars. And whereas we are desirous of fully
and better securing the payment of said note and the sum of money mentioned
therein. Therefore know all men by these presents that Henry Bell and
Matilda Bell for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of
one dollar to them in hand paid have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Jas W. Williams his heirs and assigns all the following described piece
