quarter of section Eight (8) Township Eleven (11) South of Range Eighteen (18) east
containing Forty acres also one sorrel Horse and all the crops that may
be made on the above described piece of Land. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have
and to Hold the same unto the said Jas W. Williams in fee simple absolute
forever. Provided however and these presents are upon this express condition
that if the said Henry Bell and Matilda Bell - heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to
be paid by said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue And it is hereby further agreed
and Stipulated that the said Henry Bell and Matilda Bell will pay all
expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said Jas W. Williams may be
put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted
to be paid by said note by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof
we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal on this 17th day of

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 17 day of April AD 1883
before me personally appeared Mrs Matilda Bell wife of Henry Bell the
grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said conveyance for
the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower
in and to the land in said conveyance described and that said relinquish=
ment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
