Successors representatives or assigns will pay all expenses costs and attorneys
fees which the said John R. Zetrouer or his heirs or assigns may be put

We Andrew J. Shuford and wife Sallie Shuford of the
State and County aforesaid parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen
hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have given granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do so give grant
bargain sell and convey unto John M. Taylor the
