well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said John M. Taylor promissory notes
as follows one note for Three hundred and
seventy five dollars within two years one note
for three hundred and seventy five dollars in
Three years one note for three hundred and Se-
venty five dollars in four years and one note
for three hundred and seventy five dollars in
five years said notes bearing eight per cent
interest from date then this obligation to be
void or otherwise to remain in full force and Vir
