Alachua County } Whereas: Richard Kettlewell and
Elizabeth Kettlewell his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida justly indebted to John W. Hud
son and Myron B. French of the County of Dane and
State of Wisconsin in the sum of Four hundred and
fifty dollars, which sum of money is covenanted
to be paid by three certain promissory notes bear
ing even date herewith, one for the sum of One hun
dred and fifty dollars, payable on or before the fourth
day of April 1884 with interest from date of note at
the rate of Eight percent per annum. One for
the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars payable on
or before the fourth day of April 1885 with Interest
from date of note at the rate of Eight per cent per
annum payable annually. One for the sum of
one hundred and fifty Dollars payable on or before
the fourth Day of April 1886 with Interest from
