and who executed the foregoing Mortgage who being at the
separate and apart from her husband did then and there
make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name being
with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed in

   Joanna Magee and Henry Magee To F.P. Chamberlain

Alachua County   }  Whereas we, Joanna Magee and
her husband Henry Magee of Alachua County State
of Florida are justly indebted to F.P. Chamberlain of
the same place in the sum of Eight hundred ($800.00}
dollars which sum of money is covenanted to be paid by
a certain promissory note bearing even date herewith. One
for the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars due one year
after the date thereof, payable to the order of F.P.
Chamberlin at Gainesvulle Fla with interest from date
at 8% per annum from date. And whereas we are desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said note
and the sum of money mentioned therein. Therefore
know all men by these presents that we, Joanna Magee
and Henry Magee her husband for and in consideration
of the premises and the sum of one dollar to them in
hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said F.P. Chamberlain and to his his heirs
and assigns all the following described piece parcel or
tract of land, towit: All that lot tract piece or parcel
of land situated lying and being in Alachua County
