B. Weeks of Hawthorn Florida in said State and
County for and in consideration of Six Hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid and for other good and valuable consider
ations the receipt whereof is hereby confessed do hereby grant
bargain, remise, convey, release, and quit claim unto Abraham
Crosby and Richard Crosby of said Bradford County all the
right title interest claim or demand whatsoever. I may have
acquired in, through, or by a certain Mortgage deed to the real
estate therein described, but reserving and retaining all other
rights thereby secured, bearing date the Seventeenth day of March
AD 1881, and recorded in Book "E" on pages 679, 680, 681,
& 682 (public records of said County} to the real estate there
in described and which was made to secure a certain prom
issory note Dated August 5th 1880, for the sum of Nine Hun
dred and Fifty Dollars. Witness my hand and seal this 26th day
of April AD 1883
