for and in consideration of the sum of five Dollars to
me paid by E.W. Agnew & Co. the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold released and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell release, and confirm unto
Enoch W. Agnew and Samuel Agnew partners under the
firm name of E.W. Agnew & Co their heirs, executors, admin
istrators and assigns the following described property towit:
My right title and interest in and to the following descri
