this obligation is such that if the said Theodore A. Cassels does
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of Sixty five
Dollars with fifteen per sent interest per annum from Feby 6th
1883 according to the tenor and effect of his certain promissory
note in favor of the said E.W. Agnew & Co dated Feby 6th
and his current account with the said E.W. Agnew & Co during
the year AD 1883 and also all expenses that may or shall
accrue in the event of the foreclosure of this mortgage, lawyers
fees and costs of Court included then and in that event this in
denture to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force
and effect. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this the 6th day of Feby AD Eighteen Hundred and
 Eighty Three.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 26th day
of December AD 1881 between Charlotte E. Mayo in her own
rights, and A.D. Mayo her husband of said State and
County parties of the first and second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars to them in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the better
securing the payment of three certain promissory notes
and interest on the same, a description of which is here
after given hath granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever, all that certain peice or parcel of
lying and being in said State and County and known

full and complete satisfaction and
discharge of this mortgage this the 10th
