point and running east one acre That is Two hundred
and eight and 71/100 feet to a stake on this line being
the North boundary line of said Seventy acres thence
South One thousand and forty three and 55/100 feet to
a stake thence West two hundred and Eight 71/100 feet
to a stake on section line being the West boun-
dary line of said Seventy acres tract, thence North
one thousand and forty three and 55/100 feet to the
point of beginning and Containing five acres of
land more or less To have and to hold the above
granted premises together with all and singular the
improvements houses buildings rights title and
interest of the party of the first part therein or to the
Same in anywise appertaining or belonging unto the
the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple forever.
Conditioned however if the said party of the first
part shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
unto the party of the Second part the Sum of Two
hundred dollars in good and lawful money of
the United States on or before the First day of Jan-
uary 1883 with Twelve percent interest from date
and all costs that may accrue in the event the
Same shall be Collected by legal means then this
obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue
