       Warren Missouri To E.C.F. Sanchez

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and entered into 
on this 23rd Day of May AD 1883 witnesseth that in consid
eration of the sum of Five dollars already advanced by and
now due to E.C.F. Sanchez by him the said Warren
Missouri  The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for
the further consideration that said E.C.F. Sanchez shall
and will make such further reasonable amount of advances in
provisions merchandise and plantation supplies, as may be
necessary to enable the said Warren Missouri to make, har
vest, and prepare for market, Corn and Cotton crops of all
kinds during the year AD 1883 such further advances not
to exceed Forty-five dollars and for the further consideration
of one dollar in hand paid, by these presents doth grant,
bargain, sell and, convey, unto the said E.C.F. Sanchez
and to their heirs and assigns all the right, title, interest
and claim of him the said Warren Missouri his heirs
executors and administrators of in and to all the crops of
whatsoever species, kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter be any time in the future be planted, grown or
gathered by me or for me or for my benefit on or off of any 
and all lands in Alachua County Florida untill the debt
hereby secured with interest is fully paid, also the following
described property to wit; One Black Mare- three white feet -
about Eleven years old - name Mary - also one one horse
wagon - To have and to hold all and singular the crops, lands, and
personal property, above bargained and sold unto the said E.C.F.
Sanchez heirs executors, administrators, and assigns forever,
