Provided, nevertheless, That if the said Warren Missouri shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said E.C.F.
Sanchez the full amount of the advances heretofore made and
hereafter to be made, with their charges for commissions and interest on
the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that all amounts
heretofore and hereafter are due and payable upon delivery of
the goods therefor and shall bear interest accordingly, and that
this instrument may be enforced at any time at the option of
the said E.C.F. Sanchez - and it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal
proceedings the said Warren Missouri will pay therefor all
reasonable Attorneys fees and charges. In Witness Whereof

That whereas     James F.P. Johnston of the above
State and County in the sum of Eighty Seven dollars,
which the said sum is covenanted to be paid by his
certain promissory note bearing date June 2nd 1883 and
for the said sum of Eighty Seven dollars bearing
interest at the rate of ___ __ __ Now therefore to better secure
the payment of said note and interest as expressed
therein. I do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the said G.D. Younglove and son their
heirs and assigns all my right, title, interest and
claim of in and to all crops of whatsoever species 
kind, or description now growing or which may hereafter
