be planted, grown or gathered by me or for me or for
my benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida. Also the following described property
to wit: (1) one spotted Horse and one Two horse wagon
To have and to hold all and singular the crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said G.D. Younglove & Son their heirs, executors admini
strators and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if
the said James F.P. Johnston should well and truly pay
or cause to be paid unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son the
full amount of said note together with the interest according
to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce
this instrument by legal proceedings the said James F.P.
Johnston will pay therefor all attorneys fees and expenses

Alachua County } that whereas I am engaged in the busi
ness of farming in the County of Alachua and whereas
for the purpose of carrying on said business I am desi-
rous of obtaining an advance of general merchandise & farm
supplies from F. Cottrell & Co of Old Town Fla. Now this
instrument of writing is for the purpose of declaring
that I consent that the said F. Cottrell & Co shall have
the statutory lien provided by the laws of Florida for
farming and I do hereby for said advances made & to
be made give said lien on my entire growing crops in
