County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that
I Fair Neal of said County do hereby acknowledge full
satisfaction and payment by H.B. Heath to me of Five
Hundred Dollars (and all accrued interest thereon} the
Amount of a Certain promissory note given by him
to me August 3rd 1878 which note was secured by a
mortgage of same date. I do hereby acknowledge full
Satisfaction and payment of said Note and Mortgage
in my name to enter satisfaction of same on margin
of records. And pray that this be recorded as evidence
of authority for him to do the same. Witness my
hand and seal this 3rd day of May 1882

Levy County      } This Indenture made and entered
into this the 17th day of March AD 1882 between D.T.
Trammell of Alachua County party of the first part
and W.J. Epperson party of the second part of Levy County
Florida Witnesseth whereas the said party of the second
part at the request of the said party of the first part has
agreed to make certain advances in supplies and moneys to
the party of the first part to enable him to carry on and
prosecute farming operations on the farm belonging
to him and known as his farm in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida during the year
