her heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon according
to the legal tenor thereof, then this obligation shall become
null and void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that he
said Julia A. Judd will pay all expenses costs and
attorneys fees which the said Sarah T. Salisbury may be
put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum
of money covenanted to be paid by said note, by foreclosure
or otherwise In Witness Whereof I have herewith set

ally appeared Mrs Julia A. Judd wife of the grantor in
the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and
                                         said
examined by me separate and apart from her^husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to the
land in said conveyance described and that said relinquish-
ment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by
her voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
