promissory Note with interest according to the true intent
and meaning thereof together with all costs charges and ex
penses including reasonable attorneys fees and commissions
which the said parties of the second part may incur or
be put to in collecting the sum by foreclosure or otherwise
and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied or assessed
on said mortgaged premises and shall comply with all the
covenants contained in this mortgage and pay all the moneys
secured thereby that then these presents and the estate hereby
granted shall cease determine and be absolutely null and
void And the said party of the first party for himself and
his heirs, executors and administrators do hereby promise we
want and agree to pay to the said parties of the second part
their executors, administrators or assigns the said sum of
money and interest as mentioned in said promissory
Note and secured to be paid as aforesaid. And if default 
shall be made in the payment of the said sum of money
or any part thereof so provided in the said Note or if the
interest that may become due thereon or any part thereof shall
be due and unpaid for the space of Two years then and from
thenceforth it shall be optional with the said parties of the
second part their executors administrators or assigns to con-
sider the whole of said principal sum expressed in said
promissory Note as due and payable. And the said party
of the first part hereby further covenant promise and agree
to and with the said parties of the second part to pay
all taxes and assessments that may be levied or imposed
upon the said premises described within during the contin
uance hereof and to pay all costs charges and expenses in collect
ing the moneys hereby secured including reasonable Attorneys
fees and commissions whether collected by foreclosure or otherwise and any
and all sums of money paid out by the said parties of the second part
by reason of default of the party of the first part to pay the
money so stipulated or to comply in any respect with the cove
nants of this mortgage shall draw interest at the same rate
as the promissory Note aforesaid and said moneys necessarily paid
by the parties of the second part shall be secured by this Mortgage
And the said party of the first part hereby waive all right of home
stead and exemptions granted by the Constitution and Laws of the State
of Florida. In Witness Whereof the said party of he first part has
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written
