that we Ida V. Gates and Henry C. Gates of above State
and County, are indebted to G.K. Broome of the same
County and State in the sum of Ninety Six 17/100 Dollars
together with interest of 1% per month, Now therefore
to better secure said G.K. Broome in full payment
of said Note and interest as expressed. I do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
G.K. Broome, his heirs and assigns all my right title
