     Nally and Rose Reddick to Chas W. Bauknight

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
we Nally Reddick and Rose Reddick of the county of Alachua
and state of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
Sixty Dollars ($6000) to us in hand paid by Chas. W. Bauk
night merchant of the Town of Archer County of Alachua
and State of Florida, do sell and convey to the said Charles
W. Bauknight merchant and iron gray mare one white and
red speckled cow marked crop in one ear and upper square in
the other, and all the general growing crop of every kind and
description planted and cultivated by us for the year 1883 -
warranted free from incumbrance and against any adverse claims
Upon condition that if the said Nally Reddick and Rose Red
dick pay to the said Chas W. Bauknight merchant the sum
of Sixty Dollars on the first day of November A.D. 1883,
agreeably to a promissory note of this date for that sum
payable to the said Chas W. Bauknight merchant or order
on demand with interest this deed shall be void else to remain
in full force and virtue. The aforesaid Parties agree that untill
the condition of this instrument is broken the said property 
may remain in possession of the said Nally Reddick
and Rose Reddick but after condition broken the said
Chas W. Bauknight merchant may at his pleasure take
and remove the same and may enter into any building
or premises of the said Nally and Rose Reddick for
that purpose and we do hereby waive the benefit of the
homestead and exemption laws of the State of Florida
Witness our hands and seals this day the 6th day of June AD 1883

Alachua County   } Before me personally came Rose Reddick
to me well known as the wife of Nally Reddick who being 
examined by me seperate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged before me that she renounced and relinquished all
right or interest whatever to the within mentioned property
and that she did same freely and voluntarily without any con
straint apprehension or fear from her said husband
