Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into on this
1st day of June AD 1883 Witnesseth that Willis Fletcher of
said County and State in consideration of the sum of Twenty
Dollars already advanced and now due to the firm of F.H.
Butler & Co of Levyville Levy Co Florida by the said Willis
Fletcher the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by these presents
doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Firm of F.H.
Butler & Co to their heirs and assigns all the right title interest
and claim of mine the said Willis Fletcher my heirs execu
tors and administrators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever
species kind or description now growing or which may hereafter at
any time in the future be planted, grown or gathered by me or for me
or for my benefit on or off of any and lands of mine in Alachua County
Florida untill the debt hereby secured is fully paid and this In
strument is to have the full power and effect of a Mortgage and of
a lien under the Provisions of Chapter 1739 laws of Florida
Entitled "an act to Enable Indigent Persons to obtain credit and
secure the lender. To have and to hold all and singular the crops
above bargained and sold unto the said F.H. Butler & Co and
to their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Willis Fletcher shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
F.H. Butler & Co the full amount of advances theretofore
