Henry B. King To Turner & Butler

Levy County } This Indenture made and entered into
on this the 23rd day of February AD 1882 witnesseth that
Henry B. King in Consideration of the Sum Seventy Five
Dollars already advanced by and now due to the firm
of Turner and Butler of Levyville Fla Levy County by me
the said Henry B. King by my note Secured by J.W.F.
King's note the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further Consideration of one dollar to in
hand by these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto
the said Firm Turner & Butler and to their heirs and assigns
forever all the right title interest and claim of mine
the said Henry B. King my heirs executors and administra-
tors of in and to all the crops of whatsoever species kind
or description now growing or which may hereafter at
any time in the future be planted grown or gathered
by me or for me or for my benefit on or off of any and
all lands in Alachua County Florida until the debt here-
by Secured with interest is fully paid also the folowing
described property to wit: one (1) Bay Horse Six or Seven
(6 or 7) years old named Dick and this instrument is
to have the full force and effect of a Mortgage and
a lien under the provisions of Chapter 1739. Laws of
Florida entitled an act to enable indigent persons to
obtain credit and Secure the lender. To have and to hold
all and Singular the Crops and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said firm Turner & Butler
and their heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever. Provided nevertheless that if the said Henry
B. King shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
unto the said firm of Turner & Butler the full amount
of advances heretofore made and hereafter to be made
with their charges for commissions and interest on
the same then this obligation to be void else to rem-
ain in full force and virtue and I hereby further agree
that all amounts heretofore and hereafter advanced
