and shall bear interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of the said A.B. Edgell
And it is further agreed that should it become necessary
to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said Wm
Wideman will pay therefore all attorneys fees charges and ex

            Kinchen Willis To L.A. Barnes
                   "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
on this 15 day of June AD 1883 Witnesseth that I, Kinchen
Willis in the consideration of the sum of Two Hundred fifty
(250.00} dollars already advanced by and now due to L.A. Barnes
by him the said Kinchen Willis the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged and for the further consideration that the said L.
A. Barnes shall and will make such further reasonable ad
vances in provisions merchandise and plantation supplies
as may be necessary to enable the said Kinchen Willis to make
harvest and prepare for market his crops of all kinds during the
year AD 1883 such further advances not to exceed Fifty dollars
and for the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by
these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
L.A. Barnes and to his heirs and assigns all the right title
interest and claim of Kinchen Willis and to his heirs executors
administrators of, in and to all crops whatsoever species kind
or description now growing or which may hereafter at any
time in the future be planted grown or gathered by me or
for me or for my benefit in or off of any and all lands in
Alachua County Florida until the debt hereby secured with
interest is fully paid, also the following described property towit
