these presents doth grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said firm of F.H. Butler & Co and to their heirs
and assigns all the right title interest and claim
of mine the said W.E. White my heirs executors and
administrators of in and to all the Crops of whatsoever
species kind or description now growing or which
may hereafter at any time in the future be planted
grown or gathered by me or for me or for my benefit
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County
Florida until the debt hereby secured is fully paid
also the following described personal property to
wit one (1) Sorrel horse 7 years old named Dock
And this instrument is to have the full favor and
effect of a Mortgage and a lien under the provisions
of Chapter 1739 Laws of Florida entitled an act
to enable indigent persons to obtain credit
and secure the lender to have and to hold all and
singular the Crops and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the firm of F.H. Butler &
Co and to their heirs and executors administrators
and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if the
said W.E. White shall well and truly pay or cause to
be paid unto the said F.H. Butler & Co the full am=
ount of advances made heretofore and hereafter
with their charges for interest in the Same then this
obligation to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue and it is hereby further agreed that all
amounts heretofore and hereafter made are due and
payable upon delivery of Goods therefor and shall
bear interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of the
said F.H. Butler & Co and it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this instru-
ment by legal proceedings the said W.E. White will
pay therefor all reasonable attorneys fees and charges
