Percy F. Wilson To H.F. Dutton & Co
             "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Chatham County   } Whereas we Percy F. Wilson
and Willie M. Wilson his wife are justly indebted
to H.F. Dutton & Co in the Sum of One thousand
dollars which said Sum of money is Covenanted to
be paid by one Certain promissory note bearing even
date herewith one for the Sum of one thousand
dollars due and payable three months after dates
with interest from date at the rate of one % per
month until paid. And whereas we are desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of
said note and the Sum of money mentioned
therein, Therefore know All men by these presents
That we Percy F. Wilson and Willie M. Wilson
his wife for and in Consideration of the premises
and of the Sum of one dollar to us in hand
paid have granted bargained sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the
said H.F. Dutton & Co their heirs and assigns all
the following described piece parcel or tract of land
to wit: The South half of Block Four (4) Range Six
(6) according to the plat of the original Survey
of the Town (now City) of Gainesville which said plat
is duly recorded in Deed Book "H" at page "383" public
records of said Alachua County Florida and con
taining by estimation 19750 Square feet of land more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
To have and to hold the Same unto the said H.
F. Dutton & Co in fee Simple absolute forever. Pro-
vided however and these presents are upon this ex-
press Condition that if the said Percy F. Wilson
and Willie M. Wilson his wife their heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid by said note together
with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal
tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said Percy F. Wilson and Willie M.

     Satisfaction payment discharge and Cancellation of this Mortgage
